This online platform (hereinafter the Service) is subject to the following terms and conditions: these Terms of Use and Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

By using the Service, you agree to our terms and conditions and therefore agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes.

3. Service Description

Through the Service, Allcvdesign allows subscription to our resume assistant service. The process of purchasing the service online will be as follows:

You must register on the website with a username and password that will be provided to you once you have completed the assistant.
At the time of registration, you must include your credit card number.
To create your resume, you will need to enter your personal information, experiences, and select a template.
By clicking "Secure Payment," a 1-day trial period will begin for an amount of 0.50 euros.
Once this period has elapsed, if the user has not canceled the subscription, successive monthly charges of 38.95 euros will be made on the indicated payment method until the user cancels the subscription.
The purchase document will be stored in your profile for your consultation. In any case, you can always request it at: info@allcvdesign.com
Once the service purchase is completed, it will be confirmed by sending an email, within a maximum period of 24 hours, to the address you have provided. The email will indicate the service, the amount, applicable taxes, the payment method, and the applicable terms and conditions.
Once the service purchase is completed, the user will have an administration panel where you will find:
A section with the list of all CVs created with the option to edit, delete, duplicate, or share in a link.
A section with the list of receipts.
A profile section to cancel the subscription.

The AllCvDesign Service is for the exclusive use of the registered user and may not be transferred to other Service users or third parties.

3.1 Subscription

Your subscription to the Service is for a monthly fee of 38.95 euros and will be automatically renewed for the same period of time until canceled.

Unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable monthly subscription fee to your payment method.

You can cancel your subscription to the Service at any time and will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your monthly billing period. You can cancel your subscription by accessing "My Account," section "Subscription," and clicking the "Cancel" button, or you can contact customer service at info@allcvdesign.com requesting the cancellation of your subscription. To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods of monthly subscription.

4. External Links

You may be directed from the Service to other websites through links.

However, Allcvdesign does not control these sites or their content, which are in fact subject to their own terms and conditions. Therefore, Allcvdesign is not responsible for the quality, truthfulness, or accuracy of these sites.

5. Age

Regarding the use of the Service, you declare that you are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to be bound by this contract, and you use it in accordance with its terms and conditions, which you understand and acknowledge in their entirety.

If you contract the Service on behalf of a company, you acknowledge that you have the appropriate authorization and representation on behalf of the organization to do so.

You declare that all the information you provide to access the Service, before and during the use of the Service, is true, complete, and accurate.

6. Intellectual and Industrial Property

6.1 Own Content

The content and information of the Service (among other data, text, sound, video, image, or computer code), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, are the property of Allcvdesign or have the corresponding authorizations for their use.

In addition, the modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale, and other forms of commercial exploitation or equivalent of the Service are prohibited.

For any other use of the content of the Service, you need our prior written consent.

7. Prices and Taxes

The prices of the services offered on Allcvdesign are indicated in euros (€), with the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable at the time of purchase included in the price of the services.

In any case, the operation may be exempt or not subject to VAT depending on your country of residence or the capacity in which you act. Therefore, in some cases, the final price of the order may be altered with respect to the one shown.

Purchases made by individuals who are exempt from paying VAT will indicate this by sending their VAT number by email to: info@allcvdesign.com and the purchases will not be registered with this tax.

8. Payment Method

The online payment of the purchased service can be made:

With credit or debit card.

In this regard, Allcvdesign informs credit and debit cardholders that transactions on the online store are carried out through a secure payment gateway, using SSL technology to ensure the security of data transmission.

9. Right of withdrawal and refunds

9.1. Conditions, deadline, and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal.

By accepting these General Contracting Conditions, the user consents to the contract beginning to be executed within the deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The user who subscribes to the AllCvDesign Service has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date and time of the contracting of the Service, without the need for justification and without incurring any cost, as long as no resume has been downloaded or shared in accordance with clause 9.2.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the date and time the Consumer or User subscribed to the service (that is, from the exact date and time of acceptance of the terms and conditions and the initial payment of 0.50 euros, according to the payment processor's records) and in no case will this period be renewed in the successive monthly installments. The withdrawal period will also expire when the User uses the AllCvDesign Service, that is, when they download or share a resume in any of the phases of the Service.

It is reminded that the user subscribes to a single service, and the different phases and prices of the Service cannot be considered as different contractual objects, but rather different commercial phases of a single Service and single contractual object, which begins with the payment of the initial fee and the acceptance of the contracting conditions by checking the verification box. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is inherent in the hiring of the service, regardless of the price or periodicity of the applicable welcome promotion, and in no case will it be renewed with each periodic payment of the service.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the User does not need any specific form or any extraordinary formality, they simply need to notify their decision to info@allcvdesign.com, expressing clearly and unequivocally their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal and, therefore, to withdraw from the subscription contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication expressing the unequivocal decision to withdraw is received at info@allcvdesign.com before the corresponding period expires.

If the withdrawal is exercised as described, AllCvDesign will refund to the User all payments received as soon as possible. The maximum period for the payment processor to process a refund is 10 working days, although it is usual for it to be processed in less than 48-72 hours.

9.2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the AllCvDesign Service is considered a supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium. Therefore, in the event of downloading or sharing a resume in any of the subscription phases, you accept and understand that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the contracting of the AllCvDesign Service.

For clarification purposes, it is reminded that the AllCvDesign Service offers a preview where the user can check the result of the resume properly prepared before downloading or sharing it. Therefore, by downloading or sharing a resume, the user accepts the result shown in the preview, and downloading or sharing said resume will, for all purposes, involve the provision of digital content and, consequently, the user cannot claim dissatisfaction with the result as a reason for a refund.

However, in the event of any problem or unwanted result, the user can contact customer service (info@allcvdesign.com) for assistance.

9.3. Refunds

To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods of monthly subscription.

However, in strict application of the provisions in the previous clauses 9.1 and 9.2, if the user, within a maximum period of 15 days from the contracting of the service (that is, from the exact date and time of acceptance of the terms and conditions and the initial payment of 0.50 euros, according to the payment processor's records), has not downloaded or shared any resume in any of the phases, they may request the refund of the money paid in case of not being satisfied with the service.

10. Validity of offers

The services offered in the Service, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are in the product catalog displayed through this website.

In any case, Allcvdesign reserves the right to modify the Service as it deems appropriate, being able to update products and services according to the market.

Allcvdesign reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

We inform you that despite the updates made to the prices of the Service, they may contain errors. We will promptly correct any errors that appear, but they will not be binding for the Service.

11. Security

As mentioned above, the entire purchasing process, as well as the transmission of your personal data and payment systems, is carried out on a secure and encrypted page through the SSL protocol.

We guarantee the security of the Service in accordance with current technological knowledge. However, Allcvdesign cannot guarantee the total future security of the Service. In any case, we undertake to remedy and implement the appropriate corrective measures to correct a possible security breach as soon as possible.

You agree to immediately notify Allcvdesign, through the email info@allcvdesign.com, of any situation that could lead to the identity theft of a user.

12. Modifications and nullity

We may update the terms and conditions of the Service in the future, as well as the characteristics and functions of the Service itself.

We will notify you of changes in the terms and conditions by posting a notice in a prominent place on our website and/or by email.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared, in whole or in part, invalid or unenforceable, it will only affect that provision or the part of it that is invalid or unenforceable. The terms and conditions will remain valid in all other respects, and that provision, or the part of it that is affected, will be considered as not having been made.

13. Claims and actions arising from the contract

As far as possible, this Service is governed by Spanish law.

In order to simplify the resolution of civil claims and reduce costs, we do not exclude the possibility of submitting to an Equity Arbitration of the Arbitration Court of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

In this regard, and in accordance with applicable regulations, Allcvdesign informs of the existence of a European platform for online dispute resolution that facilitates the extrajudicial resolution of such disputes for contracts also concluded online between consumers and Internet service providers.
